For the sale of the guide “Blondes without burns” on the RegeSchool platform

§ 1. General provisions

These Terms set out the conditions for the sale of, and access to, the digital guide “Blondes without burns” (the “Guide”) via the RegeSchool platform (the “Platform”).
The seller and author of the Guide is Anastazja Mashura, registered in Warsaw, Poland (the “Organizer”).
The Buyer is a natural person who has paid for access to the Guide (the “Buyer”).
Payment for the Guide constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.

The Guide is digital content in English, consisting of:
1. the PDF guide “Blondes without burns”;
2. a practical video lesson.
The materials are available online on the Platform after payment. The PDF file can be downloaded to the Buyer’s device.
The Guide does not include individual support, feedback or certification.

Access to the Guide is granted within 24 hours of payment confirmation. The login link is sent to the email address provided when placing the order.
To use the Guide, the Buyer needs a device with internet access, an up-to-date browser, a stable connection and a PDF viewer.
Access to the materials on the Platform remains valid for as long as the Guide is available on the Platform. The Organizer reserves the right to close access to the materials after notifying Buyers in advance. A downloaded PDF file remains with the Buyer.

The Guide and all its materials (texts, photos, diagrams, videos) are the property of the Organizer and are protected by copyright.
The Buyer may use the Guide for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Copying, distributing, reselling, publishing or sharing the Guide or any part of it with third parties without the Organizer’s written consent is prohibited.

The price is shown on the Guide’s sales page and is final.
Payment is processed via Stripe. The Organizer does not store the Buyer’s payment details.
After payment, the Buyer receives an email confirmation at the email address provided.

Under Art. 27 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Buyer consented to immediate access to the digital content before the end of the withdrawal period and was informed of the loss of this right (Art. 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act).

When placing the order, the Buyer consents to immediate access to the Guide.
Consent is given by ticking a mandatory checkbox confirming that the Buyer:
1. has read these Terms;
2. agrees to immediate access to the materials;
3. understands that once access is granted, the right of withdrawal no longer applies under Art. 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act.
Giving this consent is a condition of placing the order.

The Buyer may submit a complaint through the contact channels indicated on the Platform.
Complaints are reviewed within 14 business days.
Complaints may concern technical problems with access to the materials, including being unable to open or download the PDF file or to watch the video.

The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms. Changes take effect upon publication on the Platform.
Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland.
